Doris and I presented our plan to the behind the mask team. During our meetings with Thuli (Behind the Mask's Director) we had convinced her of our plan however we wanted the entire team to understand what we wanted to do. We wanted to explain it to all of them. Dorris had put together a power point presentation to demonstrate our plans in a clear ad professional manner. This proved to be a good move. Not only was the whole team on the same page, we also gained valuable insites and direction from the memers of behind the masks team. Below is a Google Docs version of the Presentation.
