Needs for APCA

I built a priority list for APCA starting with the most attainable during the time I'm here. It's long and in 2 phases. The more design, production needs, to phase 2 the more developmental needs. 
1 Clean up and reorg of some/most pages
2 Revision to 2 categories including the addition of several new pages
3 Revision of homepage
4 A trip to Zambia to help out a partner/hospice in their branding design/web needs


5 Development of a counter/diagnostic to determine length of stay and areas attended
6 Development of a discussion forum, maybe use blog
7 Newsletter site-let design
8 Development of a web survey application
9 Newsletter database development with search and login capabiltities

Its  becoming unwieldly, Im pretty sure we can do the first phase. The web design and production has been done in Dreamweaver, which is somewhat binding. Also we have to balance their needs vs. what is realistic, with the understanding that the site would need to be scaled up. Or mastered by a non designer/developer.
